If the Add employee button is disabled, you can go back to Home page and sign in, after which the button will be enabled, allowing you to add records. After you've added a record follow the link (See results) to see the change (the inserted record should appear at the top of the list since we sort in descending order).


Add new employee information:
Name: Street name:
Surname: Street number:
Years employed: City:
Department:





Add employee - adds a record to the database. If you leave some fields empty, an error message will show up on the screen (next to the Add employee button).
